Anticipated MOPS Iron Chef Winner

Tonight is the MOPS Iron Chef competition at SLBC in Sidney, MT. I've watched these folks compete in the past, and let me tell you, it's pretty exciting to watch the two teams of parents go head to head with each other in this fast paced couples night out.

My guess for this evening is that the team that is using the theme "An Evening In Tuscani" will likely win. These folks may cook unconventionally, but they do so with passion and tenacity. I'm guessing the stew may be a little spicy for some, but hey, on a night out cooking away from your kids, is that really a bad thing?
